European Asbestos Services were appointed sole provider for asbestos removal works by Derby Homes in 2019 for a 5 year period
The works undertaken typically involve the removal of notifiable licensed, notifiable non-licensed and non- licensed ACMs such as asbestos insulating board (AIB), cement panels and sheeting, flue pipes, rainwater goods, soffits and fascia’s, the removal of asbestos containing appliances, toilet cisterns and seats, floor tiles, profiled cement roof sheeting and textured coating to ceilings and walls.
The value of the works ranges from £50 for ad –hoc minor works to planned project work upto £15k.
The contract has a wide range of KPIs to monitor void turn arounds, emergency responses both in and out of hrs via on call duty manager.
KPI report are submitted on a weekly basis and at monthly meeting and to date all KPIs are being met and exceeded at present. Our approach has been outlined previously in this questionnaire but is no less relevant for this question response.
The complete process is managed via our intelligent system EASiHUB which holds all the reverent information for each individual job regard of size such as clients survey reports, risk assessments ,method statements, air test certs, waste consignment notes, access is via the secure EAS portal where a unique e-mail is created to receive all client orders & instructions
