EAS were appointed in 2017 and the continue to provided one stop asbestos service to the city council requiring a high level of service delivery.
Our qualified and experienced staff have worked within a variety of properties which range from corporate, residential, sheltered housing which include communal areas, voids with a diverse range of residents. Providing a high-quality service which primarily focusses on customer care, is achieved through our clear methods, processes and procedures, which is imperative to the success of any contract that EAS takes on.
EAS regularly meet with representatives from Council to review and assess our performance and the contract itself. Removal and remediation works have been carried out on a number of decent homes, planned, capital and responsive contracts within both occupied and void properties throughout the city.
