Derby Homes

Asbestos Removal & Compliance Services

European Asbestos Services has been the trusted asbestos removal partner for Derby Homes since 2019, delivering safe and compliant asbestos abatement across their diverse housing stock. Initially appointed as the sole provider for a five-year term, our performance, reliability and strong resident feedback led to Derby Homes awarding us a new further four-year contract in November 2025.

STFC (Science & Technology Facilities Council)

Removal of Asbestos & Enabling Scaffold

European Asbestos Services were appointed sole provider for asbestos remediation at the world leading research and innovation sites at Harwell Oxfordshire and the Chilbolton site in Hampshire in 2019 for a 5-year period. Subsequently after competitive tender we were again awarded the contract in 2025 for a further 5 years running up to June 2030. This demonstrates the client’s continuing confidence in EAS to maintain and improve our contract performance and service delivery throughout this unique site.
University of Nottingham

Asbestos Removal & Compliance Services

European Asbestos Services have worked with the University of Nottingham since 2021 as its sole provider of asbestos removal and remediation services. In 2025, following sustained high performance and strong collaborative working, we were awarded a new five-year contract, reaffirming the University’s confidence in our technical capability, safety culture and reliability across a busy, research and education focused estate.

Basildon Borough Council – Asbestos Services Contract

Asbestos Removal, Remediation and Disposal

European Asbestos Services has supported Basildon Borough Council since 2015, initially appointed as the sole provider and later re-appointed through competitive tender in 2021. The contract now runs until 2027, during which we continue to support the Council in maintaining safe homes, regulatory compliance providing high service standards across its stock of approximately 14,000 residential properties. Our long-term partnership reflects Basildon’s confidence in our safety performance, technical capability, responsiveness and resident-focused approach.

North Yorkshire Council

Asbestos Removal & Compliance Services

In 2025, European Asbestos Services (EAS) was appointed by North Yorkshire Council to deliver a comprehensive three-year asbestos removal and compliance programme across the region’s education buildings and residential homes. This award followed a competitive tender process and reflects the Council’s confidence in our technical capability and ability to work sensitively within live, high-risk or vulnerable environments.

In 2024, European Asbestos Services was appointed by Clarion Housing Group to deliver asbestos removal and compliance services across 78,630 homes within London and the Southeast. As one of the UK’s largest social landlords, Clarion requires a partner that can deliver exceptional safety, transparent reporting and consistent resident care across a wide and complex estate. The ten-year contract reflects Clarion’s confidence in our capability, culture and long-standing track record in social housing.
